1-year workmanship warranty

Our warranty for any installation typically covers the workmanship of the installation process, ensuring the installation is performed correctly and functions as intended. This means that if issues arise due to incorrect wiring, configuration errors, or other installation problems, the warranty provides coverage for the necessary repairs or replacements.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

Scope of Coverage: Our installation warranty covers defects or issues related to the labor or craftsmanship involved in the installation, rather than the hardware itself.

Workmanship: Our warranty focuses on ensuring that the network or parts are installed according to industry standards and best practices.

Purpose: Our warranty aims to protect customers from potential costs associated with fixing installation errors, ensuring the network or parts operates reliably and meets the specified requirements.

How to Apply: We require the customer to submit a warranty return request when the defect is noticed, along with test results and documentation. You can do so here, submit work order under warranty return.

Effective Date: The effective date of the warranty begins upon the completion of the installation, or the date the warranty certificate is issued.

Importance:

Should any portion of your installation that was installed, added, moved or changed by our service technicians, malfunction as a result of our work, we will correct the problem, free of charge, for up to 1 year.

Should a malfunction occur, you may contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Leap Installs maintains on call managers and technicians to handle your emergencies around the clock.

This warranty is expressly limited to the correction of the malfunction and does not apply when misuse, abuse, damage or negligence by original purchasers or their employees, agents or representatives cause a malfunction.

The warranty does not apply to existing items that were not installed, added to, changed, moved or repaired by our service technicians or to the alteration of any item from the original design or performance standards by anyone other than our service technicians.

Malfunctions caused by performance degradation due to the original design, operation or usage being out-of-tolerance from the original equipment standards, industry standards or generally accepted standards, are also exempt from this warranty.

Leap Installs shall not be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to expenses, cost, profits, lost savings or earnings, lost or corrupted data, or other damages resulting from use or misuse of the items installed, added, changed, moved or repaired by anyone other then our service technicians.
